WINIT365 (“WINIT365”) the gaming software provider and developer of an online, multi- player multi-platform Mahjong game, is pleased to provide an update to shareholders on operational and corporate activities, along with the date for the years AGM.

Operational update
The last year has been an exciting period of transformation for WINIT365 as our team developed and brought to market the world’s first multi-player, multi-platform Mahjong game. The game has been through several months of code quality assessment, wallet integrations and language pack extensions and has undergone testing across 29 Bet Hards Affiliate programmes. The software is now live and transacting wagers and generating revenues via Beebet across many of Amelco’s top tier partner platforms. With access to over 4,000 landing sites through the The Beebet platform, we now have commitments with 250 affiliate partners with tens of thousands of transactions each day. This ongoing roll out to all of Beebet’s 250 affiliates with an unlimited wager size will continue to scale up from the current 35 Japanese focused affiliates  until the end of this calendar year when the full global launch event will take place on New Years eve with a co-ordinated Global marketing and sponsorship campaign through Amelco.
Note; WINIT365’s go to market partner Amelco is one of the largest online gaming and betting platforms in the world, and will provide us with access to its other top tier global gamers in the US, Europe and Far East Asia.

Corporate update
Given the operational progress outlined above, the Directors of WINIT365 believe that the company is well positioned to seek a listing in Q1 2023 on an appropriate UK market. The application process has commenced, with a Corporate Broker and Nominated Adviser advising WINIT365 on the listing . At this stage, the Director’s believe that WINIT365 has hit all the milestones to list with an appropriate UK market during Q1 2023.

AGM Announcement
The Directors are pleased to announce that this year’s AGM will be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen St, London, WC2B 5DG on Tuesday January 31^st at 9.30am. The AGM notice and accounts will be posted to all shareholders on the register as at December 31 2022
